CASTLE VIEW

Castle View is a beautiful, secluded glade and a firm favourite with campers. It's the furthest glade from the car park, but the solitude and peace are well worth the extra steps! This glade has sunset views out over open fields and the castle. You can spot wildlife whilst the sun goes down and explore the woodland that borders this glade.

Key species: Hare, roe deer, tawny owl around the glade and regular views of kestrel, red kite and buzzard over the field.

Unique features: A circle of stools to sit on and tell stories, situated next to a beautiful woodland you can explore.

Best for: sunsets, peace and quiet, wildlife viewing.
